Oxford – Thursday evening meditation class 7.30 – 9.00pm

Suitable for everyone, these drop-in classes offer simple and practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. Classes share advice from modern Buddhism, to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. This course will be based on the new book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso which is available as a free ebook.

Each class includes guided meditations, teachings and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.

We are about ten minutes’ walk from Oxford railway station, and reachable by bus via the Oxford Bus company or Stagecoach. There is very little parking in the car park at the back of the Meeting House


We have a bookshop selling meditation books and CDs. You are welcome to make purchases during the course. We accept cash and cheques.
