MINDFULNESS MEDITATION – SIMPLY MEDITATE

Based on The Living Meditation series, these drop-in classes provides a comprehensive introduction to meditation and mindfulness, offering guidance at all levels for developing and deepening a meditation practice. Presenting meditations to relax body and mind, find inner peace, achieve mental clarity, and develop a kind and compassionate attitude towards others.  Companion CDs/MP3 downloads are available as meditation aids, at the class or at tharpa.com

Each class consists of two guided meditations and instruction. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and seating is on chairs.

We have a bookshop selling meditation books and CDs. You are welcome to make purchases during the course. We accept cash and cheques.

Accessibility

Disable access is to the rear of the building. There are several steps leading to the meditation room and a stair lift is available. Please contact us in advance if you need disabled access.
