This 3-session course explores how uncontrolled desire, craving, and attachment create inner turmoil—and how Buddhist wisdom and meditation offers a path to peace. Through reflection, meditation, and practical application, you will learn to recognize and transform the mental habits that ensnare the mind.

On this course we will:
• Understand how the mental exaggeration of desirous attachment distorts our reality.
• Uncover the roots of discontent
• Discover the mental freedom of letting go
