Learn practical meditation techniques to help maintain a calm mind even when things go wrong

It’s easy to get frustrated and lose control when things go wrong, and yet getting angry doesn’t actually help or change situations. In this practical course you will realise that frustration and anger are painful emotions that are as destructive to yourself as they are to others. Once you understand what triggers anger and the damage it causes, you can use meditation to gradually reduce and eventually eliminate these painful feelings. Despite the energy that often accompanies anger, its uncontrolled nature only causes pain, unhappiness and harm to others and yourself.
