At the start of the year our mind naturally turns to ways we can make our life more meaningful and rewarding. This course is an introduction to meditation, mindfulness and the art of positive thinking. Everything depends upon the mind. If our mind is peaceful our life will be positive and peaceful. Meditation makes our mind peaceful and positive thinking enables us to solve our daily problems.
At this online event we will:

This course is open to everyone in Berkshire ¦ Buckinghamshire ¦ Oxfordshire ¦ Surrey. There will be 2, 1-hour sessions of guided meditations and inspiring talks.
