During this series of classes, meditation teacher, Darren Vass will guide you through several meditations that can be reproduced at home.

He will explain how to let go of everyday mental busyness and stress, how to improve mindfulness and concentration; as well as how to set up a regular meditation practice.

Each class consists of two guided meditations and instruction. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and seating is on chairs.
