Many of us tend to be overly self-critical, often struggling with self-doubt and a lack of confidence. These negative thoughts can impact our relationships, work, and overall potential in life. In this course, we will explore how to use meditation to free ourselves from self-critical thoughts, self-doubt, and feelings of discouragement.
Once we have freed ourselves from these negative trains of thought, our whole viewpoint will shift, and we can focus on the more positive aspects of our nature.

Discover a positive way to identify ourselves
Learn how to reduce fear and discouragement
