Meditations for relaxation

During this course you will learn and gain experience of special breathing meditation practices that help disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of peace. When the mind is peaceful, we naturally feel happy, contented and relaxed – and this has a positive influence on everything that we think, say and do.

Do you ever wish that you could switch your mind off? Do you overthink things, going round and round in circles, never really reaching any helpful conclusions?
At this event we will:
- Explore simple methods to reduce our habit of overthinking and worry
- Discover peace of mind in daily life
- Learn an effective meditation to enable us to switch off mentally
