To enable a stable, strong and successful meditation practice there are certain conditions you will need to gather within your mind. In this five-week course, Gen Nyingpo will give instructions and guide meditations so you will be able to cultivate these essential inner qualities.

You will discover how to:

• Recognise the inner qualities that make meditation stable and strong
• Develop the correct inner conditions to empower your practice
• Overcome obstacles to successful meditation

Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life, however it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.
