Meditation course – discover how to quiet your mind, replace negative thoughts, and build inner strength for a more peaceful, inspired life.

Discover calm, build inner protection, and nourish your mind through meditation. This course is designed to help you reset and return to daily life feeling re-energized, inspired, and more balanced. Over two one-hour sessions, you will learn practical techniques to break negative mental habits and cultivate positive, empowering states of mind. Through a combination of insightful talks and guided meditations, you will develop tools to strengthen your mental well-being and transform your inner experience.
With Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo.

About the speaker

Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having taught meditation and been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years.

These courses are held at the South Hill Park Arts Centre a Grade II listed building and set in beautiful Green Flag Award-Winning parkland south of Bracknell town centre.
