Over two one-hour sessions, you will learn practical techniques to break negative mental habits and cultivate positive, empowering states of mind. Through a combination of insightful talks and guided meditations, you will develop tools to strengthen your mental well-being and transform your inner experience.

About the speaker
Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having taught meditation and been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years.

These courses are held at the South Hill Park Arts Centre a Grade II listed building and set in beautiful Green Flag Award-Winning parkland south of Bracknell town centre.
