This sequence of meditations is simple, yet can have a deep impact on your mental and physical health. For centuries these instructions have been practiced in the east and were shown to bring peace, happiness and healing.
At this event Buddhist nun, Gen Nyingpo will explain and guide beautiful Buddhist meditation methods. Through practising these meditations regularly, you will unlock the inner potential to heal your mind. This can also bring physical benefits as our mind becomes more relaxed and positive.
No matter how challenging your life, you can learn how to live well, increase your mental flexibility, and discover how to stay positive no matter what is happening.
You will learn how to:

Meditation is an effective tool for managing stressful situations and providing ways to gain inner peace and reboot yourself mentally. Tapping into the power of Buddhist meditation you can discover various methods to build your inner resilience and increase your capacity to react well to challenges.
In this course, Gen Nyingpo will explain and guide a sequence of meditations that will give you tools to deal with the difficulties and challenges that life presents. This will help you to face life with increased mental strength, resilience and confidence.
You will learn:
- How to feel less stressed when things go wrong
- Meditations that protect you from negative reactions
- Ways to increase your confidence, resilience and sense of calm

About the speaker
Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having taught meditation and been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years.

These courses are held at the South Hill Park Arts Centre a Grade II listed building and set in beautiful Green Flag Award-Winning parkland south of Bracknell town centre.
