holiday for the mind
Enjoy a weekend of meditations and practical advice with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo. During the weekend we will learn and practice meditations that bring peace, joy and harmony to our life. Treat yourself to a real break – both physically and mentally and return home feeling refreshed and relaxed.
This relaxing weekend is an informal balance of meditations, practical teachings and time to rest and relax. It is an opportunity for those new to meditation to learn how to find inner peace and to cope with our busy everyday lives. And a chance for those with more experience to deepen their experience of meditation and Buddha’s teachings.
