Through a combination of insightful talks and guided meditations, you will develop tools to strengthen your mental well-being and transform your inner experience.
Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo will guided meditations and give a practical talk.

VENUE
This event takes place at Shaw House, Newbury. Shaw House is an historic mansion set in beautiful grounds. The venue is peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of free parking is available onsite.
