Silent retreat day
Unplug for a day of silence at Kadampa Meditation Centre Reading and enjoy developing some mental peace.
This day retreat will include 4 sessions of guided meditation and advice for taking care of your mind. The break times will be silent throughout the centre and there is space for you to relax with a book or a cup of tea.
Participants are encouraged to take a day out of their busy lives by switching off their devices so as to make the most of the time to rest and reflect.
Members can attend this event free of charge – just pay £3.50 for lunch
