    Understanding Karma and the Power of Purification

    We all experience ups and downs in life, moments of joy and moments of challenge. According to Buddha’s teachings, none of these experiences arise by chance — they are the results of our own past actions, known as karma. By understanding and applying the law of karma, we can take control of our future happiness and free ourselves from painful experiences.
    In this 3-session course, we’ll explore how karma works, how to purify negative karma, and how to create the causes for lasting happiness and inner peace.
