Join us at the Earley CresCent Resource Centre for meditation classes with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo. Sessions will start in September and everyone is welcome to attend.

Thursday evening meditation class

Meditation and Positive Thinking

Two sessions running monthly:

Gen Nyingpo

These classes are taught by Buddhist Nun, Gen Nyingpo. She is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Reading and is  well-loved and respected offering a wealth of experience. She has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 30 years and taught for many years in the UK and overseas
