In this five-week course, you will learn how to recognize the patterns that create anxiety, apply effective strategies to manage them, and cultivate inner strength that helps you stay grounded—no matter what is happening around you. Through guided meditations and wisdom insights for a happy life, you will learn how to build resilience and develop the calm and confidence to meet life’s challenges.

Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life, however it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.
