Each session combines a short teaching, a guided meditation, and a practical takeaway to apply throughout the week. Everyone is welcome — no experience necessary.
Week 1: Relax and refresh – the art of meditation
Week 2: Let go of the past and find peace in the present moment
Week 3: Let go of worry and tension
Week 4: Discover the freedom of letting go

Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life, however it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.
