Simply Meditate

Take half an hour out of your busy day to uplift your mind and cultivate a lasting feeling of inner peace.

These guided meditation classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are completely new to meditation or have previous experience. Each session offers a simple opportunity to relax, let go of stress and discover practical methods for developing a calm, positive mind.

Each class includes:

* A short introduction to the meditation theme
* A 15 -minute guided meditation from the Living Meditation series
* Brief advice on how to bring the meditation experience into daily life

Through regular practice, you can learn to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance and confidence, while developing a deeper sense of wellbeing and inner peace.

No special clothing or experience is needed. Just come as you are and enjoy some time to reconnect with your inner calm.
