Just breathe: Take a break and calm the mind

Step out of the rush of daily life and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. This course offers simple yet powerful techniques to quieten the mind, build positive habits, and bring more peace into your everyday experience.
Each session includes clear instruction, guided meditations, and practical tips to help you continue your practice beyond the class.

Week 1: Developing Inner Calm
Settle the mind using gentle breathing meditation. Learn to let go of distractions and begin experiencing a natural sense of inner peace and relaxation.

Week 2: Combining Mindfulness of the Breath with the Power of Mantra
Deepen your meditation by combining awareness of the breath with the positive energy of mantra. This powerful method helps to stabilise the mind, reduce negative thinking, and cultivate a more positive inner dialogue.

Week 3: Breathe Peace, Breathe Happiness
Combining breathing meditation with the practice of taking and giving, has many benefits. It improves our concentration, makes our love and compassion very strong, and accumulates vast positive energy or merit. In this way, the simple act of breathing is transformed into a powerful spiritual practice.
