Happiness, Success and the Law of Karma & Silent Vajrasattva Retreat

Saturday – Happiness, Success and the Law of Karma

Sunday – Silent Vajrasattva Purification Retreat

with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo

You are invited to join us for one or both days of this weekend course.

Saturday course will focus on practices to overcome obstacles, create positive karma, and cultivate the causes of lasting happiness and enlightenment

Sunday Silent retreat will focus on the purification and mantra practice of Buddha Vajrasattva.

In striving to accomplish our goals and to find real meaningful happiness, we often encounter many obstacles. No matter how much effort we put into it, often we still don’t manage to get what we want. Some attribute this to bad luck, but in reality it depends on whether we’ve created the right causes and conditions. We need to first create conducive conditions for success and this means purifying obstacles and also creating powerful positive karma or merit that is the main cause of all our happiness, success, and even “good luck”.

On this course, Gen Nyingpo will explain proven methods to free our mind from obstacles and to create the actual causes for both the temporary happiness of this life and the ultimate happiness of full enlightenment. Gen Nyingpo will also introduce the purification and mantra practice of Buddha Vajrasattva, which we will have the opportunity to engage in during the retreat that follows this course.

“Buddha taught many different methods to purify non virtuous actions, downfalls and broken commitments but the supreme method is the practice of meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. This practice is the scientific method to purify our mind and to transform our mind from an impure mind into a pure mind using Tantric technology”.

The Silent retreat day on Sunday provides an opportunity to learn and gain deep experience of this important spiritual practice.
