Take a break from the noise of daily life and unplug for a day of silence at Kadampa Meditation Centre Reading. This special retreat is designed to help you develop mental peace and reconnect with yourself through guided meditations and quiet reflection.
What to Expect
4 Guided Meditation Sessions
Led by Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo, each session includes meditation and practical advice on how to take care of your mind.
Silent Break Times
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Centre during the breaks. The entire space will remain in silence to support a calm and reflective environment.
