Fearless: How to Confront Your Anxiety

Join internationally renowned teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tonglam for an inspiring and practical half-day meditation event on how to confront anxiety and fear. In today’s fast-paced world, many people experience anxiety, worry, or a constant sense of pressure, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. In this talk, Gen Tonglam will explain how meditation, combined with the practical application of Buddha’s timeless instructions, can help us reduce — and gradually overcome — these painful states of mind.

By learning to relate to anxiety in a new way, we can develop greater inner calm and confidence, enabling us to meet life’s challenges with a peaceful and fearless mind.

Everybody is welcome!
