The Healing Power of Meditation

with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo

Creating Stability, Confidence, and Happiness from Within
During this event, you will discover how meditation can help you let go of anxiety, stress, and insecurity, and develop a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and inner confidence. Meditation is a powerful method for healing the mind. When the mind is peaceful, happiness arises naturally; when it is disturbed, even favourable circumstances can leave us feeling unsettled.
Throughout the day, the emphasis is on relaxation, inner peace, and practical experience, helping you develop meditation as a meaningful and reliable support in everyday life.
This event is suitable for anyone who wishes to experience the healing benefits of meditation and begin building a more peaceful, positive, and fulfilling life from within.
During the day you will:
• Learn simple meditation techniques with clear, guided instructions suitable for all levels
• Understand how meditation works and why transforming the mind is the key to lasting happiness
• Explore practical ways to integrate meditation into daily life, even with a busy schedule
