Happiness: A Buddhist Approach to Living Lightly

2nd, 9th June

Sometimes we tend to limit ourselves, creating patterns of thinking that lead to stress and dissatisfaction. But by recognising our nature as open and full of possibility, we can begin to live with greater freedom, with a light and flexible touch. Buddhism offers a wisdom approach to life – helping us to move out of a fixed, limited experience, into a world of possibility, peace and happiness.

A Buddhist Approach to Living Lightly offers simple meditations and clear insights you can apply immediately in daily life. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Week One: Mentally Relax and Be Free to Let Go
Week Two: Mental Flexibility and confidence

Each class includes guided meditations, practical teaching, and advice for integrating these ideas into everyday life.
