But by recognising our nature as open and full of possibility, we can begin to live with greater freedom, with a light and flexible touch. Buddhism offers a wisdom approach to life – helping us to move out of a fixed, limited experience, into a world of possibility, peace and happiness.
A Buddhist Approach to Living Lightly offers simple meditations and clear insights you can apply immediately in daily life. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
