How to stop overthinking
A Two-Session Meditation Day Course
Do you ever find yourself overthinking things?
Getting stuck in mental patterns that leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed or confused about life?
It’s very easy to find ourself in this overthinking headspace and for anxiety or discouragement to take over.
It’s possible to break free from these circular and unhelpful thought patterns; to intervene in out-of-control ways of thinking; and to create for yourself, the mental space and clarity that will enable you to navigate the complexities of busy modern life.
Through Buddhist meditation techniques and mental trainings, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the workings of your inner world. This will make it easier for you to switch off when you need to, experience genuine peace of mind and thereby, improve the quality of your life.
Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop, in which Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Nyingpo, will explain what you can do in your everyday life to stop the habit of overthinking.
