The Peaceful Mind Project offers practical step-by-step meditations designed to help you understand the inner causes of stress and unhappiness, and to gently train your mind toward clarity, freedom, and inner peace.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
During the sessions we will:
• Discover how to create the foundation for real happiness
• Learn practical methods to cultivate inner peace.
• Explore meditations that develop positive attitudes
• Gain tools to make everyday life more peaceful, harmonious, and joyful

Each week includes guided meditations, contemplations, and tools you can immediately apply in daily life.

Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life, however it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by Buddhist practitioners for thousands of years.
