Timeless Wisdom for a Happy and Meaningful Life

with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo

Modern life can feel relentless. Constant noise, pressure, and conflicting information can leave us overwhelmed, distracted, and searching for clarity. In the midst of so much uncertainty, how can we find stable, reliable principles that help us live with peace, confidence, and purpose?

In this special 3-session course, we will explore Buddha’s profound teaching known as the Four Seals — four timeless insights that reveal the true nature of reality and point the way to lasting inner peace.
Through guided meditation and practical teachings, we will look deeply into the meaning of each of the Four Seals and discover how to apply them in everyday life. By understanding these essential truths, we can learn to remain calm, balanced, and positive even amidst the fast-moving chaos of modern living.

What are the four seals?
1. All products are impermanent
2. All contaminated things are the nature of suffering
3. All phenomena are selfless
4. Only nirvana is peace
