Meditation classes in Windsor

We are hoping to resume meditation classes in Windsor in the  near future. The nearest meditation sessions that we currently run are held most week in Maidenhead.

Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo teaches these sessions which take place on Wednesday evenings. Anyone can attend and we would love for you to drop in for a session or more.

Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher  at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 30 years and taught for many years internationally.
