In this seven week course you will discover a powerful sequence of guided meditations that will help you develop beautiful thoughts and intentions that will enable you to change negative habits of mind. Challenge yourself and increase the depth and experience of your meditation practice. The Buddhist approach to self-care

Using Buddhist wisdom, Gen Nyingpo will explain how to care and carve out time for yourself without feeling selfish or guilty. Superficial affirmations are not enough to let go of ingrained habits that stop you from doing what you need to do to look after yourself. These habits will continue to shape your life and obscure your true potential until you address them directly.
Through practical instructions and guided Buddhist meditations, Gen Nyingpo will explain how to become your own protector. Having this discipline is an essential tool for being able to cope with the stresses and strains of daily life. This way we can learn how to be more effective and deal more easily when life is challenging.
