Meditation is much more than breathing meditation. In this seven week course you will discover a powerful sequence of guided meditations that will help you develop beautiful thoughts and intentions that will enable you to change negative habits of mind. Challenge yourself and increase the depth and experience of your meditation practice. You will be given: seven weeks to deepen your meditation practice, seven new meditations to transform negative habits and seven new perspectives to make your life better
