Join meditation teacher and Buddhist Nun, Gen Kelsang Nyingpo for a special event – meditations for relaxation. During this course you will learn and gain experience of meditation practices that help to disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of peace. When the mind is peaceful, we naturally feel happy, contented and relaxed – and this has a positive influence on everything that we think, say and do.
