Join meditation teacher and Buddhist Nun, Gen Kelsang Nyingpo for a special event – meditations for relaxation. During this course you will learn and gain experience of meditation practices that help to disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of peace. When the mind is peaceful, we naturally feel happy, contented and relaxed – and this has a positive influence on everything that we think, say and do. The event will include: 2 sessions and a refreshment break Simple guided meditations that can be reproduced at home Practical instructions for a happy life Opportunity to ask the teacher questions during the break
About the speaker
Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having taught meditation and been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years.
Course schedule
10.15am: Doors open
10.30 – 11.30am: Talk and guided meditations
11.30am – 12.00pm: Break – Art Space café bar open
12.00 – 1.00 pm: Talk and guided meditations

These meditation sessions are held at the Old Court Artspace (formerly The Firestation) in Windsor.
