Mirror of Dharma retreat

Following the presentation of lamrim meditations given in the profound text, Mirror of Dharma, Gen Nyingpo will guide meditations on the stages of the path to enlightenment. This retreat is ideal for anyone looking to deepen their meditation practice and learn a systematic sequence of meditations that can transform our lives.

Session times – each session is available for 2 weeks ¦ sessions are live at the following times:

Monday – Thursday 9am ¦ 11.30am ¦ 7pm
