Meditation classes in Wokingham

We are hoping to resume meditation classes in Wokingham in the future. The nearest meditation sessions that we currently run are held in Reading and also from September in Earley.

Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo is the main teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Reading. Anyone can attend and we would love for you to drop in for a session or more.

About the speaker

Gen Kelsang Nyingpo is the Resident Teacher  at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Reading. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years and taught for many years internationally.
