Stop worrying, start living! – February 20

Do you ever feel like you’re swimming against the tide of life? Perhaps not living your life to the full as you are anxious about what may be lurking around the corner? On this course, Gen Nyingpo will explain how to create mental flexibility by recognising that the things we hold onto and worry about are in a state of constant change. The more we live within the experience of the truth of impermanence, the more we can reduce our mental clinging, relax, and let go. This event, suitable for everyone, will help free our minds from stress and worry so that we can really come to enjoy our life!

Booking – £10 per person. Please pre-book this course

Wokingham is a historic market town in Berkshire. The meditation and mindfulness course will take place in the Wokingham town hall (home of the tourist information centre).

Check out our meditation events in Reading – one and half-day workshops, retreats and drop-in meditation sessions.

Several times a year, Buddhist nun, Gen Nyingpo teaches meditation courses at Wokingham Town Hall. Anyone can benefit from these events, so why not come along and try out one of our meditation courses?
