    Life changing meditations

    On this online weekend course, Gen-la Thubten will give practical teachings and lead meditations based on a powerful spiritual prayer for our time.

    Request to the Lord of All Lineages is a sublime heartfelt prayer in which the world-renowned contemporary meditation master, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, reveals his own inner experiences of meditation.

    This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen our experience of profound yet practical meditations.

    Course teacher

    Gen-la Kelsang Thubten has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 40 years. He is renowned for his ability to present the many deep meanings contained within Venerable Geshe-la’s books and show how to integrate them into daily life.
