An Exploration of Buddha’s Wisdom Teachings on the Emptiness of the Self.

Who we are very much depends on who we think we are. We change every day in dependence upon our thoughts – but usually without choice, which is why we experience so many problems. Through learning Buddha’s practical insights into who we really are and who we can be, we can harness a natural process of self-transformation to empower us in our daily life. Instead of struggling or even fighting with ourselves, we can make real, sustained, and deep changes with wisdom, and in the process, experience more profound and eventually transcendental levels of joy, fulfilment and meaning.

During this course Gen Nyingpo will lead three sessions of guided meditations and inspiring talks.
