A four week meditation challenge to transform your life
Challenge yourself to a four week meditation marathon – try challenging yourself in two ways: 1 – to make every meditation class 2 – to meditate everyday during the 4 week challenge. Meditation is much more than breathing meditation. In this four week course you will discover a powerful sequence of guided meditations that will help you develop beautiful thoughts and intentions that will enable you to change negative habits of mind. Challenge yourself and increase the depth and experience of your meditation practice. You will be given: 4 weeks to deepen your meditation practice 4 new meditations to transform negative habits 4 new perspectives to make your life better

Confidence, courage and self-improvement through meditation
During this course Gen Nyingpo will explain how to improve our confidence and courage in daily life. Discover strength of mind and find peace and clarity even in challenging situations.
